Firefighters were forced to dig a tunnel under a family's home to rescue their pet dog after he'd become trapped while exploring.
Crews were called to Parkmill, Swansea, following reports that a curious three-year-old poodle, called Jock, was stuck under the kitchen floor.
Seeing that Jock was in danger, firefighters wasted no time removing patio slabs and digging a tunnel from the garden to the kitchen to rescue him.
The search and rescue team used cameras and equipment sometimes used in earthquakes to help them find Jock and reunite him with his owners.
They also created a hole in the kitchen floor to gain further access to him.
The poodle was eventually found unharmed and reunited with his family.

A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: 'At 7.11am on Tuesday, April 23, the Swansea West crew was called to an incident in Parkmill, Swansea.
'The crew responded to a small dog trapped under a domestic dwelling of non-standard construction.
'Due to the confined space and inability to locate the dog's exact location, the Wales Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team was requested to attend - comprised of crew members from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service who have highly specialised training in Urban Search and Rescue environments.
'Crews proceeded to remove a large quantity of patio slabs and earth at the rear of the property for access and started digging a tunnel under the property's kitchen.
'The USAR team utilised 'Delsar' listening and seismic detection equipment and technical search cameras to pinpoint the dog's exact location. A second access point was created through the property's kitchen floor.
'Crews successfully managed to rescue Jock, a three-year-old black Poodle, who was alive and well, and was reunited with his owner.'
