Alec Baldwin has been caught on camera smacks the phone of an anti-Israel protester who accosted him inside a New York City coffee shop.

The protester, whose video was posted on X, was by an anti-fascist interview show called Crackhead Barney & Friends and the filmer repeatedly asked Baldwin to say free Palestine.

A visibly irritated Baldwin asked a coffee shop employee to call the police and told the protester he would not say free Palestine.

'F**k Israel, f**k Zionism, please say it,' the protester demanded, while also making references to the Rust movie set shooting where Baldwin still faces criminal charges.

Baldwin said 'can you do me one quick favor' before smacking the protester's phone from her hand.

'Alec can you please say free Palestine one time,' the protester repeatedly shouted at Baldwin.

'Free Palestine, Alec, just one time and I'll leave you alone. I'll leave you alone, I swear, just say free Palestine one time.'

A coffee shop employee tried to ask the protester to stop quibbling with Baldwin, as the actor walked towards the door and asked her to leave.

'Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady and got no jail time,' the protester said referencing the fatal Rust set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Baldwin's criminal trial for the shooting is set to begin on July 10, after a grand jury indicted him for involuntary manslaughter back in January.

The actor, 66, has pleaded not guilty to the charge and his defense attorneys are urging the judge to dismiss the indictment against him, accusing prosecutors of 'unfairly stacking the deck' in grand jury proceedings, reported the Associated Press.

Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in prison after she was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in March by a jury, making her the first crewmember to be convicted in the accidental shooting of Hutchins.

Dailymail.com has reached out to Baldwin's representatives for comment on the confrontation.

Anti-Israel sentiment has been growing in New York City including a protest at Columbia University that prompted President Minouche Shafik to canceled all in-person classes on Monday.

A Jewish Columbia professor was blocked from campus after he created a pro-Israel demonstration to counter the student-led Gaza encampment.

In December, Baldwin angrily confronted at a pro-Palestine protest in Manhattan, telling one protestor to 'shut the f*** up' and getting in his face before the actor was led away by cops.

In video posted to social media, one protestor shoved a phone in the actor's face, demanding to know whether he supported Israel.

'Because I'm in Hollywood?' Baldwin responded. 'You ask stupid questions. Ask me a smart question.'

Baldwin and the protestor continued to shout at each other before police led the actor away.

A crowd followed Baldwin and some taunted him for the fatal shooting on the Rust movie set in 2021.

The group protested at major transit hubs throughout the day including Penn Station and Grand Central Station.

As Baldwin was escorted away by police, a voice in the crowd began to shout 'Who the f*** do you think you are?' and 'Go f*** yourself.'

'Shut the f*** up,' Baldwin barked as he was led away by police.

'Stop crying! Stop crying!' he shouted as protestors continued to accost him, before pointing a finger indiscriminately at the crowd and saying: 'I want peace for Gaza, though.'

As the officers led him away, one demonstrator shouted: 'You did kill someone though, right? You're a murderer!' in reference to the movie-set shooting.
