An electrician filmed racially abusing Muslim women as they returned from a pro-Palestine protest told police his name was Adolf Hitler, a court heard today.
Terry Eury, 55, was arrested yesterday after phone footage was shared showing a man calling the women 'f*** c****' on South Street in Romford, Essex.
Eury admitted two counts of religiously aggravated abuse against Rubina Rahman and Jimena Pardo as he appeared at Thames Magistrates' Court today.
Shelina Khudurun, prosecuting, said in court that when he was arrested, Eury from Wapping, East London, gave the alias Adolf Hitler to police.
She said: 'A group of people were returning from a Palestine protest. Some were wearing scarves and hijabs. Some were wearing keffiyehs, a Palestinian garment.'
Referring to the video footage, Ms Khudurun said: 'He attempted first to engage with them.
Mobile phone footage shows the thug (pictured above) labelling a group of women wearing Islamic headscarves as 'f***ing c***s'' in a string of vile racist and Islamophobic slurs
The man can be seen following the women down South Street in Romford, as he calls them 'Muslim c****' and tells them to 'f*** off out of England'
'They tried not to engage with him. He started talking about the Israel-Palestine conflict. He started calling them Muslim c****, s****, traitors. He tells them to f*** off to a Muslim country.'
'At no point have the victims engaged with him at all. They noted that he was heavily intoxicated.
'When arrested he gave the alias Adolf Hitler.'

'Ms Rahman said that she was subjected to racial abuse when she was younger, but has not heard that kind of language since the 80s and 90s.
'She says she was incredibly shaken by the incident and they took a cab straight to the police station. She says that it played on her mind, and says that she feels incredibly distressed.'
Ms Khudurun asked that compensation be paid to both the victims.
Helen Da Silva, defending, said: 'He was motivated by alcohol. He tells me that he is a functioning alcoholic.
'He says that he blacked out, and that he has no knowledge of what he did, though he takes responsibility for what he did.
Eury was released on unconditional bail ahead of sentence at Thames Magistrates Court on 21 May.
One of the group asks the man to stop and tells him that he is 'being racist', but this does not stop him from continuing his barrage of abuse
In the video clip of the incident Eury yelled: 'You Muslim f*** c***. You're c****. Muslim c****. You f**** Muslim s****. Go away you f***** idiots.'
One of the women asks the man to stop and tells him that he is 'being racist'.
He replied: 'Harassing? We don't like you. 'We are a Christian country and we don't f***** like you. F**** off out of England.
'You are a cancer on our country. F*** off. You are a cancer. We are a Christian country and we don't like you. we are not a Muslim country.'
Redbridge Community Action Group, a London-based charity, posted the footage onto social media to help identify the suspect.
The group said on X: 'Help @metpolice identify this sick racist earlier today in Romford!
'WATCH as this coward physically threatens and subjects a group of women with his vile, horrific, racist and Islamophobic slurs. We stand with them in solidarity! Internet, please do your thing!'
The charity said the video was 'yet another horrific incident of Islamophobia which many Muslims have to face'.
